Eligibility:
- Industry-relevant diploma/degree
- Minimum 2-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in a property marketing role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

About the Job:
The Marketing Sales Manager – Retail will play a pivotal role in contributing to the overall marketing objectives of the team while taking full responsibility for the sales and coordination function of various promotional spaces within a prominent retail center. This role involves direct sales of court space, indoor and outdoor advertising, as well as coordination of exhibitions and events. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, conceptualizing and implementing center-wide exhibitions, negotiating sponsorships, and ensuring all activities align with the marketing strategy objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales – Exhibitions, Events & Indoor Advertising: Achieve annual sales targets for exhibition sales and advertising, drive sales through direct marketing initiatives, assist in conceptualizing and coordinating center-wide exhibitions, ensure successful execution of exhibitions and promotions, evaluate incoming event proposals, and provide monthly evaluation reports.
- Sundry Sales & Service Providers: Act as the liaison with all service providers, coordinate approvals and invoicing, monitor stock, and explore opportunities to increase sundry space income.
- Sponsorships: Assist in negotiating partnerships and sponsorships to maximize the center’s marketing impact and budget.
- Administration: Submit monthly reports, maintain accurate databases, ensure adherence to administrative controls, manage invoicing and contracts, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Tenant Liaison and Communications: Provide information to tenants, update promotional calendars, inform staff about exhibitions and promotions, handle tenant and customer complaints, conduct regular store audits, and assist with tenant communications.
- Marketing Support: Assist the marketing team with various tasks, provide support to achieve marketing objectives, be available for overtime and event work as required, and assist with festive décor selection and setup.
