Eligibility:
- Grade 12 (matric) qualification
- Relevant degree/diploma in Human Resources or equivalent certification/qualification
- Minimum of 2 years’ HR generalist experience
- Knowledge of human capital management value chain, ER processes, and HR legislation
- Experience in the insurance industry and familiarity with FAIS Legislation will be advantageous
