A Junior IT Technician is an entry-level position within the field of information technology (IT). This role is crucial for maintaining the smooth operation of computer systems and providing technical support to internal staff in an organization. Junior IT Technicians typically work under the guidance of more experienced IT professionals, gaining practical experience and developing their skills in troubleshooting, technical support, and system maintenance.
Technical Assistance and Support:
Provide assistance and support to internal staff members who encounter issues with computer systems.
