Eligibility
- Qualification: Diploma/National Diploma in Secretariat/Archives and Records Management/Information Management
- Experience: 1-2 years in the HOD/CEO office
Requirements
In the capacity of a Registry Clerk, your duties will encapsulate:
- Handling Correspondence: Managing incoming/outgoing mail, registering, and dispatching mail, maintaining a remittance register, and ensuring secure and accurate mail delivery.
- Fax Management: Efficiently handling incoming/outgoing faxes, recording in the registry, and providing prompt delivery and dispatching of faxes while maintaining a comprehensive daily report.
- Post Dispatching: Ensuring official and confidential letters are delivered accurately and securely, while managing registered post envelopes and receipts accurately.
- Filing and Record Management: Overseeing opening/closing of files, electronic/manual tracing, and retrieval of documents/files, and maintaining accurate index cards.
- Archiving/Disposal Process: Electronic scanning, sorting, packaging, and maintaining a detailed record of archived documents while managing issues and retrievals of files effectively.
