A Property Practitioner, also known as a real estate agent or realtor, plays a crucial role in facilitating property transactions between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants. They act as intermediaries, representing either the buyer/tenant or the seller/landlord in negotiations and ensuring that the transaction process runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Representation: Property Practitioners represent their clients’ interests throughout the buying, selling, or renting process. They act as advocates, providing guidance and advice based on their expertise in the real estate market.
