Eligibility:
Candidates for the position of Account Manager – Home & Personal Care South Africa & East Africa should meet the following minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in BS Chemical Engineering, BS Chemistry, and/or BBA/MBA preferred
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in Technical Sales/Account Management within the Homecare & Personal Care Industry
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take ownership and accountability
- Self-driven and proactive approach to problem-solving
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written, with proficiency in regional languages preferred
- Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time
