Eligibility:
Candidates for the Procurement Clerk position must meet the following minimum qualifications and experience:
- Matric certificate
- Related tertiary qualification
- Experience in procurement or administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Relevant experience advantageous

Main Duties/Key Results Areas:
- Procuring from different destinations for various markets
- Communicating with various suppliers on a daily basis
- Allocation of orders and coordination/assistance with procurement-related matters
- Cross Trades sales and generating international Purchase Orders
- Liaising with suppliers and assisting various departments with procurement-related tasks
- Updating daily DB report before COB and compiling/sending import statistics/weekly reports when required
- Working with Mail Chimp for posting in-store and forward offers
- Assisting with any reporting required by Managers/Directors
- Performing any duties requested by the Managing Director/Procurement Director/Commercial Director
- Undertaking all other related tasks and duties as required by the Employer from time to time
