Call Center Tasks and Duties

As a Customer Service Agent at Redial, your main tasks and duties will include:

• Handling inbound and outbound customer inquiries via telephone, email, and chat.
• Assisting customers with product or service-related questions and issues.
• Resolving customer complaints or concerns in a professional and efficient manner.
• Accurately documenting customer interactions and maintaining records.
• Following company policies and procedures to ensure quality service delivery.
