Call Center Tasks and Duties
As a Customer Service Agent at Redial, your main tasks and duties will include:
- Handling inbound and outbound customer inquiries via telephone, email, and chat.
- Assisting customers with product or service-related questions and issues.
- Resolving customer complaints or concerns in a professional and efficient manner.
- Accurately documenting customer interactions and maintaining records.
- Following company policies and procedures to ensure quality service delivery.
- Meeting and exceeding performance targets and KPIs.
- Collaborating with team members and supervisors to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
