Eligibility:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar HR role preferred
- Qualification in HR, Organisational Psychology, or related discipline preferred
- Good understanding of labor laws and HR processes in South Africa
- South African citizenship or valid work permit
- Trustworthy with a high level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
