Eligibility:
To be considered for the position of Retail Area Manager at Shesha Lifestyle, candidates must meet the following minimum qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar managerial role, such as area manager or store manager
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, retail management, or a related field
- Strong understanding of performance evaluation metrics and optimization of store operations
- Proficiency in Compubyte software preferred
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
