Retail Area Managers are responsible for overseeing the operations of several retail outlets within their designated area, ensuring that each store meets and exceeds performance targets while adhering to company standards and values. Eligibility:

To be considered for the position of Retail Area Manager at Shesha Lifestyle, candidates must meet the following minimum qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a similar managerial role, such as area manager or store manager
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, retail management, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of performance evaluation metrics and optimization of store operations
  • Proficiency in Compubyte software preferred
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver’s license and own vehicle

Requirements:

  • Develop and oversee the operations of multiple retail outlets within a specified geographical area
  • Recruit, hire, and train store managers within the designated area
  • Monitor sales performance and work towards meeting quarterly objectives
