Location: Modderfontein, Gauteng

Employment Type: Apprenticeship, Full-Time

Job Description: We are currently seeking a dedicated Admin Assistant to join our team. Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Answering switchboard (when not busy)
  • Coordinating collections and deliveries with couriers
  • Ordering stationery, water, and other supplies
  • Assisting the service department with customer quotations and spares orders
  • Making travel arrangements (booking flights, accommodation, and car hire)
  • Requesting and following up on order numbers
  • Maintaining weekly and/or monthly reports for service and accounts departments (updating Excel spreadsheets)
