- Grade 12 or equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification;
- Past working experience in a private hospital environment;
- Knowledge of medical aid;

3. Unit Manager ICU
Unit managers are accountable and responsible for coordinating building capacity, mentoring, coaching and training in their units. Also, they are required to monitor and ensure that quality nursing care and service delivery is implemented and practised within a multi-disciplinary team.
As a Lenmed unit manager, you’ll be tasked with evaluating the patient’s journey via patient experience and stakeholder contribution. In addition, you’ll be required to promote the health and wellbeing of patients and employees during your service.

- A bachelor’s degree or relevant management qualification;
- Post Basic ICU Qualification;
- Three years of experience as a unit manager or shift leader;
