WNS learnership is a training, mentoring, and coaching programme available to all South Africans. The programme is expected to improve the employability of the selected participants through courses that equip them with marketable skills.
The WNS learnership is suitable for both job seekers who wish to join the management or outsourcing industry and experienced employees looking to hone their expertise. The programme runs for six months at the WNS branch office in Cape Town.
By applying to the learnership, learners will have the opportunity to receive training and guidance from the best coaches in their field to understand how to carry out particular roles within a company. The hands-on experience will benefit the participants to excel at their future jobs.
Additionally, learners will learn the soft skills they need to navigate their professional lives, such as communication, leadership, negotiation, and teamwork. Combined with their technical skills, learners will have a higher chance of being accepted into the roles they are applying for after completing the learnership.
Of course, it goes without saying that the primary benefit learners will gain from WNS learnership is qualification registered on the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA).
The Available Courses
Primarily, the WNS learnership has two courses available, including:
