Developing your skills can be very advantageous for your career path. Many people choose to upgrade their skills through trainings, internships, and/or learnerships instead of undertaking a degree which usually requires more money and takes longer to complete.

As the province to where South Africa’s capital city, Johannesburg, is located, Gauteng is home to a wide range of skills development opportunities – encompassing all kinds of disciplines and work fields. The Gauteng Provincial Government offers a number of opportunities for young adults to hone their skills and embrace their talents.
